Can he ride a bicycle? For my guys, bike riding helps a lot. There’s something about it that organizes the brain. (I think it’s because to ride a bike you have to use both sides of your brain.)
Also, the swimming is excellent. And vigorous exercise and climbing. If he can get to the park and climb on the bars, using hand over hand, foot over foot, that’s helpful, too.

You could also buy a motorcycle and take him for rides. My guys are so calm after a ride! :-)
I don’t know, but PJ was impossible on Saturday. It is the worst he has behaved in weeks and nothing we did helped distract him from it.
